Tips for a good photo
• Flat and straight on, no tilt
• Bright, even light, no glare or shadow
• Card fills most of the frame, on a plain dark background
• Out of the sleeve or top loader if you can
• Add the back too: centring shows on both sides
Have a flatbed scanner? Scan at 600dpi in colour with auto-crop, auto-correct and descreen off, and upload that file. CardGauge then measures the centring in millimetres.
